○Recommended Elections [3]

 ・The basic principle is that both the leader and deputy leader should participate in the World Federation, State Assembly, National Assembly, Prefectural Assembly, and Town Assembly.

・The leaders and deputy leaders of general affairs, medical care, and manufacturing require specialized knowledge, so individuals with high evaluations in sincerity and ability in the municipality are sought and requested. Therefore, this is discussed in the town assembly, and the leader has the authority to make a request.

・Residents have the right to recommend one person, and each leader has the right to recommend in their own organization and in two town assemblies.

・The right to recommend is given to all residents, with the condition that they have lived there for more than a year.

・Unless there is a special reason, the municipality must always listen to the recommendations of all residents aged 10 and above.

    The flow of the recommendation election in the municipality is as follows. Since a Prout Village is composed of six residences from five layers of circles, town assemblies are organized from the fifth to the first, and a leader and deputy leader are appointed for each town assembly. All town assembly discussions are announced in advance so that anyone can observe.

(The 5th leader represents about 2352 people in the entire village. The group consists of representatives from six residences: the 5th leader, 5th deputy leader, and six residences.)

④ Circle with a diameter of 148m - 4th Town Assembly
(The 4th leader represents about 336 people in the entire village. The group is composed of the 4th leader, 4th deputy leader, seven 5th leaders, and seven 5th deputy leaders.)

③ Circle with a diameter of 444m - 3rd Town Assembly
(The 3rd leader represents about 48 people in the entire village. The group is composed of the 3rd leader, 3rd deputy leader, seven 4th leaders, and seven 4th deputy leaders.)

② Circle with a diameter of 1333m - 2nd Town Assembly
(Approximately 7 people across the entire Prout Village will become 2nd Assembly leaders. The 2nd Assembly is composed of 2nd Assembly Leaders, Deputy 2nd Assembly Leaders, 3rd Assembly Leaders, and Deputy 3rd Assembly Leaders.)
