○Recommended Elections [2]

     From the municipality to the world federation, recommendation elections are conducted under the following rules.

・Always choose a sincere person.

・Firstly, select someone who is sincere and capable of achieving results from among those who are.

・The recommended individuals should be alternately selected from N group (women, lesbians, transgender, X-gender) and S group (men, gays, transgender, X-gender).

・Individuals who are questioning their own gender identity, non-binary, X-gender who identify themselves as the third gender, and transgender individuals whose physical and mental genders do not match, decide for themselves whether to register in the N group or S group. They can balance the decision based on the gender ratio in the municipality, and the reason for their choice is free.

・The leader and deputy leader should be a combination of the N group and S group, alternating their roles.

・If the leader is dismissed or retires, the deputy leader of the same organization becomes the leader. After that, a leader or deputy leader from the higher organization moves to the lower organization. Any vacancies in the higher organization are filled in the same way. In this process as well, individuals from the N and S groups should be selected alternately.

・The final decision-making authority in each organization is held by the leader. In the leader's absence, the deputy leader holds it.

・If the leader or deputy leader is long-term absent due to injury, pregnancy, etc., a temporary substitute is appointed. After their return, they can reclaim their position if it's vacant.
