○Consciousness [16]

The speed at which intuition sparks varies from person to person. In sports and other competitions that require quick judgment, those who spark quickly win the game. Those who spark slowly have fewer intuitive insights, and therefore lose.

Generally, those who spark quickly are superior in terms of ability.

Listening to quiet music, taking walks, eating lightly seasoned food, and other low-stimulus activities make it easier to maintain a state of being present in consciousness. On the contrary, stimulating things lead to excessive sensory overload. Noise, loud sounds, a lot of information, extremes of heat or cold, spiciness or sweetness.

Even in a noisy life with children, there are many moments when you can achieve no-mind.

Avoiding social interaction to achieve no-mind is ego-driven. Time alone is important, but you can also train to pay attention to your thoughts during conversations with others. There is no need to train in the forest or mountains; it can be done in the secular world.

Intuition and insight are more likely to be blessed when you are seriously and continuously engaged in something. There will be a period when it continues to come. On the other hand, it will stop coming when you become self-righteous. Ego-driven thoughts get in the way, leaving no room for intuition to enter.

    Straightening your spine sharpens intuition.

Intuition is harmonious and of high quality. Following it allows humans to exhibit their maximum ability. Depending on the task at hand, intelligence may be necessary or not. Even if they are not good at studying at a desk, those who are good at sports are blessed with intuition related to movement. Conversely, even if they are not good at sports, some are blessed with intuition related to mathematics. People who become scientists need high intelligence, but that alone is not enough. If they are not interested in and suited for the subject matter, intuition doesn't come often.

When you work on being present in consciousness, new abilities may blossom.
