Bamyan Valley in Afghanistan

The height of the stone Buddha in the Bamyan Valley is 55m for the West Buddha and 38m for the East Buddha. The shape of the cave here is the same as that of the Miroku Magaibutsu at Onoji Temple in Nara Prefecture.
