In the Prout Village society, small countries in the monetary society are divided into provinces, and large countries are divided and reorganized into provinces. Then, the provincial assembly is held with the mayor of the province gathered in the municipality where the head of the province is located. The head of the province also participates in the World Federation.

As in the case of municipalities, provinces have their own bureaus of administration, medicine and food, manufacturing, and design to manage the state scale.
