Stillness survey

If necessary, a calmness survey will be conducted once a year on the day of the nomination election. This is a lifestyle survey to determine the level of inner calmness and tranquility of the residents. The more time a person spends without thinking, the higher their level of serenity. If we use the happiness scale to measure serenity, we cannot get the right answer because happiness is temporary and happiness and suffering are two sides of the same coin. The content of the serenity survey is as follows.

1. Are you calm every day?

Answer, (not calm) 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 (calm)

2. How much do you feel stillness in a day?

Answer, (not at all) 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 (frequently)
