Multi-purpose facilities

The multipurpose facility will be built in the center of Prout Village, and residences will be arranged in a circle around the center of the multipurpose facility to form a municipality.

The multipurpose facility will also generate its own power through solar power generation, and will be designed to withstand natural disasters such as earthquakes and tornadoes. Regarding the tallest building in the municipality, in a country like Japan where earthquakes occur frequently, the higher the building, the more it will shake and the more furniture will fall down. Therefore, unless there is a good reason for the municipality to do so, the buildings should be lower than the trees. This also has the advantage of not destroying the view of the landscape, which can be seen in every direction.

Then, four organizations will be established to manage municipal information: the General Affairs Department, the Medical and Food Department, the Manufacturing Department, and the Design Department. In the center of the municipality, there will be three buildings: the administration building, the art building, and the manufacturing building. ICT stands for Information and Communication Technology, which is a general term for the Internet and information and communication technologies. The Art Center houses facilities for artistic activities such as activity rooms, performance halls, exhibition rooms, libraries, and hospitals. The Manufacturing Building houses facilities for manufacturing, such as various factories and a ceramics room. In addition, an underground parking lot will be built beneath the multipurpose facility. By building it underground, the destruction of nature above ground will be eliminated.
